Below are some important details regarding the conference.

Registration Details

All attending team members are required to register.

Please reference below to see your number of passes allocated with your sponsorship. Register all of your attendees using the link below. Speakers count as one of your registration passes and must be registered. If your speaker is a subject matter expert from outside of the firm, they will be allotted a registration pass. All subject matter speakers must be approved by Advisor2X prior to any commitments.

A limited number of additional team member passes are available for $1,250. Additional passes will be invoiced 2 weeks prior to the event. 

Hotel & Travel

All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel.

A limited number of rooms are available at a group rate of $289 (+tax/fees).

Exhibit Tables

Exhibit table locations are selected upon sponsorship invoice payment. You will receive an email to select your table within 24 hours of invoice payment.

Exhibition Times

Our exhibit hall will remain open throughout the entire conference. The main exhibiting times will be during meals and breaks.

Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and 1 electrical plug. Please contact us with any additional requests.

What NOT to Bring:

  • Standing Banners or Booths

  • Table Displays, Signs, Posters, Pop-Ups or Wall Displays

  • Large TVs, Lights, etc.​

What you CAN Bring:

  • Table throws, flyers and handouts

  • Trinkets/merchandise

  • Small table displays (laptops, 8.5x11 frames, etc.)

Shipping Information

We will be using Freeman exhibitor services for shipping & handling. All partners are responsible for coordinating their own shipments.

Speaker Registration

All speakers are required to register.

Presentation Details

Presentations must be uploaded by January 15th

If presentations are not uploaded by January 15th an RLS branded single slide with your session title and name will be uploaded for your presentation. If you do not intend to use a presentation for your session please click on the link below and indicate that decision in the "notes".

 

Presentations must be uploaded in advance to allow for review and approval. 

 

You will be asked if you would like you to make your presentation available to all attendees.  The presentations will be available for viewing and download through our conference app.

Event Promotion Materials

Presenter Instructions

  • Personal laptops are not permitted. We will not accept presentations on-site (this includes edits/updates).

  • Please arrive to your assigned room 10 minutes prior to your session start time. 

  • Your Session room will be equipped with; a lavalier mic, large size screen and projector, presentation clicker, and a podium. Panel sessions will be equipped with multiple lavalier mics, tent name cards, and a 6-foot table. 

  • Speakers are not introduced. When your session starts, begin your presentation. Attendees may still be coming into your room, getting settled, or chatting - beginning your presentation cues the attendees to settle so jump right in! 

  • One of our staff members will be in the room to assist you at all times, they will provide you with timing cues at 10 minutes remaining, 5 minutes remaining, 2 minutes remaining, and STOP.

  • At the conclusion of our session please promptly exit the session room. We have a short turnaround time between sessions. If an attendee wants to speak to you after a session please do so outside of the session room to allow for the next speaker to prepare and begin their presentation on time. 

  • We will be scanning attendees into the session. The report of the attendees who were in your session will be sent to you two weeks after the conference (name, title, company, and city/state). Additionally, any feedback attendees provide through the conference app will be sent to you.
